This policy explains what we collect when you register your interest in Masar, how we use and store it, and how you can access it, delete it or withdraw your consent.
Information we collect
When you register your interest we collect your first name, mobile number, city, the general topic you selected and the date of your consent.
We do not ask for and do not want a diagnosis, medical history, treatment status, test results, a national identity number or a date of birth.
How we use it
We use your contact details to tell you when Masar becomes available, and to understand which topics matter most to the women who registered.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for personalized advertising.
Limited analytics
We use minimal measurement of page visits and general interaction. We never send your name, number, city, topic selection or any health information to any measurement tool.
We do not use session recording, heatmaps or capture of what you type into form fields.
Storage and technical service providers
Registrations are stored in a managed database with a technical hosting provider operating under a data processing agreement, used only to run this website.
Access to registration data is limited to a small number of Masar team members.
Retention
We keep contact details until the service becomes available and for no longer than 24 months after your registration was last updated, or until you ask us to delete them.
Access, correction and deletion
You can request a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to hello@masarfertility.com.
Withdrawing contact consent
You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by writing to us. We will stop contacting you and delete your registration on request.
Security
Data is sent over an encrypted connection and written to the database only through a server-side service. It cannot be read from the browser.
Do not share sensitive health details
Please do not send any health details, diagnosis or test results through this website. The form is only for basic contact information.
